Bam Bam Shoot 'Em Up Yeah!

TVPROD DEMO SHOW IS FINALLY OVER. Which means catching up on idk how many sleepless nights and rendezvous just to complete our projects. Sometimes I wish that I could just take exams instead of doing for projects with the same weightage in marks, but then again projects are more fun and I love the adrenalin rush last minute work gives me i.e. Advert and Feature Writing. However, not resting on my laurels of course exams next week. But I'm going to take the weekend off to go for flea! :D

Featwriting

Really fun working with Terence and for the first time in my life I'm in an all-male group. Our magazine is almost virtually a two-man team; created by the designers. Pictures we have to beg and even then our dear photographer gave us rather sucky pictures and a really useless editor who didn't do his job at all. Editor is not bossing around and assigning your colleagues on essays to write. At least edit something you douche.
Really proud of our magazine even though it's submitted pseudo-late (magazine submitted punctually, A3 copies and report on the next day).

Was trying to find pictures of asian girls for my feature writing and my results are all those harajuku, lolita and all those gyaru shit. So I typed this. Idk why I'm laughing so hard.

I LOVE our slideshow (because I did so I'm slightly biased) especially the product part because I made a short flash-worthy game show on powerpoint damn nice okay got moving 2D elephant somemore (which distracts everyone and made them blissfully unaware of really minor errors in the slides hehhehh)

Advert

Advert was really awesome, especially the collaterals (sorry being extremely biased in this whole blog post) DIY card-holder and Meiji air freshener FTW! Should have taken a picture though. And we managed to fully utilise our MagiMan (if you're involved in FMS Open House you'll know this) into MeijiMan by conveniently masking the FMS logo using markers to create black patches on the toy/fan. Even though we're a bit late (almost 45 minutes late), our slides kinda okay though.

Really fucked up because half of the time I do not know what I am even finding or supposed to find. Oh SPSS I love you so much will miss you when you expire. But we managed to crap our way out albeit a really nervous question because of the Q&A. I did managed to calculate ANOVA but I don't know what the numbers mean so fuck it.

TVPROD

The tecktonik mats was awesomely good even though the cosplay show is better. However, it's a bit fucked because of a series of unfortunate events, and I have a fair share in contributing to the errors as well. Idk why I clammed up when I see the mats and the way they just sat on the sofas overlooking the studio just reminds me of my cousins from my maternal side: all the mats/minahs. 

And they remind me of just that. 

Not trying to feel superior or something, but I have lived almost my entire life having to face mats (my cousin) and how awkward whenever I play with them because we are so different even when we are young. Even though we do play block-catching and street soccer and all those stuff, my mum really never let me hang out witht hem that much because she said that they're a bad influence (kinda true because most are in ITE, boy's home, prison, or hanyut somewhere in the sea of public waste though I don't think how hanging out with them will influence me in any way. Like what, I will start to wear douchey sunglasses and dog-tags with the words "Hello Sunshine!" etched on them and have sex on HDB staircase issit?).

Oh well, it's over. Thank you to my really awesome team consisting of Ice, Nurul, Olga, Vanessa, Wan Xuan and Ying Ting. We really did a good job despite the setbacks we faced and FREESTYLE FTW FUCKERS.

And thanks to all those who've hugged me and give me words of encouragement they really work wonders because I'm more confident after the break. And JayJay hugged me (even though it's more like him pinning me against the window [kay sounds wrong] ) sooo unexpected but thanks anyway I promise not to kacau you for awhile.

Shall miss all the random noises, Starbucking, tecktoniking, printing hell and all the other memorable fun shit that we had. Well, i can't believe I'm saying this, I shall miss my class. (Mainly those people I work with lah because got bonding session all)

Took a cab home with Iffah because we are damn beat and Iffah's suffering from her high-heels. And cheebai we booked a cab but some dumb bitch go and took our cab haha serve you right go pay for our booking fare stupid slut.
