Ahoy Amoys!

In the nick of time I bade adieu to my dear friends off to the land of Mao and mother of all walls - from the Great Wall to the virtual internet firewall tighter than a nun's vagina that everyone there turned into a pro hacker by the time they reach puberty - before I will be able to see them again in flesh and blood for a solid six months. Crystal, Serena, Sharon and the rest who will be spending their spring-summer interning in God's factory, since everything is made in China.

With hugs, kisses, polaroids and fond memories coupled with the wonders of social networking, may the red threads of friendship shall never be cut; even though it might get knotted or worn from the tear, we shall ensure that the string will never, ever, be snipped.

My mum threw away two teabags that I've left to to dry on the kitchen window-grill, claiming that it attracts hordes of ants to swarm the kitchen. Her claims are rather sceptical because I did not see a single ant mingling amidst the tea leaves. So now I'm drinking tea with a vengeance to claim back my lost tea bags.

Why do I collect tea bags? To be honest, I am not so sure actually. Am thinking of doing a pom-pom, pompadour, oh god there's a word for it but I forgot what it is. Okay it's something like a deodoriser. Or a mobile, complimented by dried flowers hanging lazily. Or pressed the leaves unto fabric or an old tee to make a pseudo tie-dye shirt. Apparently tea bags help to reduce eye puffiness by placing the tea bags on your eyes (closed of course. Duh).

Oh well. By the way, this is my pet elephant LIA.

A cute little white elephant I adopt from 313@Somerset. Ice will be jealous because hers is your normal grey Thai elephant with hairy ears. Why LIA? Well, the name is birthed from our initials so Liyana, me and Amirah are Mama Lia. HAHA MAMA LIA MAMALIA GEDDIT? HAHAHAHAHA(mamalia is the Malay word for mammals. Very original.)
