This semester, expect a dangerous dose of nebulaes, triangles and quirky pop art courtesy of Elise, Mai and I as we conquer campus with a click, possibly by adding some psychedelic brainwashing rainbow spiral and spellbind you to do our bidding. Let's just hope it turns out good.
Today is a really busy day for Inspire. Not only having to contend with an ad for M:idea, but also name cards, rate cards, M:idea flash banner, some Prank event, "I ♥ HYPE" Contest and a blurp for urbanwire thank you marcomm.
And Ling? Shaking her legs in the studio. LIKE A BOSS. Kay lah actually she got work to do as well helping ctv all and pasting flyers offering her services (ooh kinky) at various schools around campus.
Mac is going to be agonising slow and it'll probably not be shut down for about six months because I need to leave iCal, Illustrator, InDesign(ugh) and Photoshop open. Oh, and throw in Flash and Dreamweaver at times as well. Reason why I'm not shutting down: Starting up will be agonisingly slow and everything will become extra laggy. Besides, sometimes I don't save my work and just leave it on so shutting down will require me to save. :/ Ok I don't understand the logic in the previous sentence myself even but I prefer saving and all those assigning where the file should go and all those converting files to pdf stuff all the way to the end.
I finally fully embraced social network, even though I'm not exactly tech-savvy (I still don't know how to change my chrome homepage, which is an irrinoying video of a cat purring "sayang, sayang" thanks to the three musketeers Iffah, Nurul and Sharon). I learnt how to use servers, cracking the "cc" and "bcc" code in email and iCal! Twitter for catching up on people and reply tweets and tumblr for a tsunami of hipster goodness, 4chan, fashion and world news. I still don't know how skype, oovoo, livejournal and online shopping works though. D:
Stop breathing! Imagine none of this is real.
